Eat Well At Sehr - Tip # 4 For Healthy Ramadan 2016

We highly recommended to eat well when taking Sehri meal during Ramdan 2016. It is very important and can not be neglected. Because it has provide energy to your body when fasting and avoid going under fatigue during work hours specially in summers. Try adding starch, meat, cheese, soup, wheat, etc. Also make sure you excessively consume water or nutrient drink to avoid dehydration, which made lot of trouble last year in karachi, Pakistan because of heatwave.
